The Fukushima prefecture interview was really shocking. However, I don't think that it it right to declare that the spokesman at the interview is to blame. The only person who could have prevented this tragedy would have been the people higher up. If anyone would be to blame, it would be them. They are the only people who could have taken better care of the nuclear program. I'm also ashamed of my self for not knowing anything about this interview. Japanese people should know about this. Then they would know how bad TEPCO really was (I'm still not against nuclear power generation).
About honing our ability to research and adapt the 3bs into our rational thinking. It's very difficult with so much work to do. But I've got a long future ahead, and will try to improve my rational thinking and research skills whenever possible.
